Privacy Policy

This policy describes the data Sudoku uses for authentication, real-time multiplayer, subscriptions, advertising, safety, support, and legal compliance.

Data Collected

  • Account information: email address used for passwordless OTP authentication and support identity checks.
  • Gameplay telemetry: wins, current streak, solo best score, ELO rating, match history, room code, scores, and match duration.
  • Device and identifiers: anonymous installation ID and RevenueCat App User ID such as sudoku_<id>.
  • Advertising data: Google AdMob SDK identifiers and consent state, including IDFA and ATT status where applicable.

Service Providers

  • RevenueCat Inc. is used for subscription management and receipt validation.
  • Google AdMob is used for in-game rewarded, banner, and consent-aware advertising.
  • PostgreSQL, Prisma, Redis, and TLS-secured application infrastructure are used for database records and real-time match state.

Rights & Retention

  • Players may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of personal data under KVKK Law No. 6698 and GDPR where applicable.
  • Account and gameplay records are retained while the account is active, then deleted or anonymized after verified deletion requests unless legal obligations require retention.
