Delete Account

Players can request permanent deletion of their Sudoku account and associated gameplay data from this page or by emailing support@coregale.com.

What Deletion Removes

  • Registered email address, authentication records, ELO rating, win streak, solo high scores, match history, and support-linked account identifiers.
  • RevenueCat customer identifiers are disassociated from the backend database after verification. Apple purchase history remains controlled by Apple.

Process

  • Submit the account email used in Sudoku and confirm the deletion request through the verification message we send.
  • Verified requests are completed within 7 days unless a legal or security obligation requires temporary retention.
  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed after completion.
