Sudoku Combat

Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026. This policy explains how Coregale Yazılım Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, as data controller, processes data for Sudoku Combat.

Data Collected

  • Account and preference data: email address used for passwordless OTP authentication and support, plus the selected language/locale.
  • Device and session data: an app-install device identifier, platform, device name derived from the platform version, active-session state, and last-seen information.
  • Gameplay data: wins, current streak, solo best score, ELO rating, and match records such as room code, participants, scores, outcome, reason, and time.
  • Subscription data: membership tier, product, expiration and update state, and the RevenueCat App User ID in the form sudokucombat_<id>. RevenueCat obtains the current localized price from the applicable store.
  • Advertising data: device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and consent information where applicable for Google AdMob ad delivery and measurement. Sudoku Combat does not currently implement a flow that requests Apple ATT permission.

Purposes and Service Providers

  • Data is used for account creation and OTP authentication, single-active-device sessions, gameplay and matchmaking, statistics and rankings, fraud prevention, support, subscription entitlements, and advertising features.
  • RevenueCat supports subscriptions and receipt validation; Apple App Store and Google Play manage purchases, renewals, cancellations, and store records; Google AdMob delivers and measures banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads.
  • Hosted PostgreSQL stores account, membership, and match records; Redis processes OTPs, active-device state, and temporary real-time game state. Network communications are protected with TLS.

Retention and Account Deletion

  • Account, profile, device, and gameplay-stat data is retained while the account is active. OTPs are kept briefly in cache; temporary room and game state is cleared when the service flow ends or expires.
  • Settings > Delete account removes account, authentication, profile, and gameplay-stat data; RevenueCat event records associated with sudokucombat_<user-id>; the active device session; and cached OTP data.
  • Existing match records may be retained for game integrity, with the participant identifier anonymized as deleted:<user-id>. Apple App Store and Google Play control their respective purchase histories.

Security and International Processing

  • Access is restricted and data is protected in transit with TLS; however, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
  • RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play, Google AdMob, and hosting providers may process data outside Türkiye under their policies and applicable data-transfer safeguards.
