Sudoku CombatDelete Account
You can immediately and permanently delete your Sudoku Combat account in Settings > Delete account. This page and support@coregale.com are fallback options for users who cannot access the app.
What Deletion Removes
- The user account and associated email, authentication, profile, locale, ELO rating, wins, streak, solo high score, subscription state, and other gameplay-stat data are removed.
- Backend RevenueCat event records associated with sudokucombat_<user-id>, the active device session, stored device records, and cached OTP data are removed.
- Existing match records may be retained for game integrity; your participant identifier in host, guest, or winner fields is anonymized as deleted:<user-id>.
- Apple App Store and Google Play control their respective purchase histories; deletion does not claim to erase every third-party transaction record.
Process
- The fastest method is to tap Settings > Delete account in the app and complete the on-screen permanent-deletion confirmation.
- If you cannot access the app, use this form with your registered account email or contact support@coregale.com. Additional information may be requested to verify account ownership.
- After deletion, a confirmation email is attempted when delivery is available. Email delivery cannot be guaranteed, and deletion cannot be reversed.
- Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
